American Group was founded in 1997, for selling office supplies and variety of products to satisfy all the customers’ needs and to provide the best services for all customers and creating the most suitable solutions for them.
In 2000, we realized the importance of offering the best services for the customers through having a distinctive distribution team which is supported by more than 7 cars for shipping the products all over the country.
2002 – 2004
2002 – 2004, we focused on selling the technological devices such as, the PCs, printers, copiers, scanners, ink and toners we are developed to face the challenges and the competitive forces in the market, then we started to get more partnerships with the international brands such as,
(HP, XEROX, PANASONIC, SHARP).
We became a leader in our field through offering a variety of products which is about 5000 different kinds of products to satisfy all the customers’ needs.
By the time, we started to spread widely in the market and we divided the sales department into different levels, and we created a department for tenders.
2005 – 2008
2005 – 2008, we provided the employees with training courses in the different fields which helped them in developing their performance and we succeeded in attracting the competencies.
2009, we created a team for major accounts, a team for commercial customers, and a team which is responsible for tenders which is divided geographically to make each group is responsible for a particular area to spread widely in the Egyptian market.
2010 – 2011
2010 – 2011, we had the biggest number of customers.
2012, we became a Golden Partner with HP and became one of the biggest 3 partners with HP.
And we started to work with the charitable organizations such as, MASR EL-KHEIR, and the UNICEF to participate in developing the social situation.
2013 – 2014
2013 – 2014, due to the Egyptian market fluctuation we focused on making the long-term contracts with our major customers to protect them from the danger of the unstable prices in the Egyptian market.
2015 – 2016
2015 – 2016, we established a maintenance center to provide the best services for the customers and we started to import a variety of products such as, printing paper and stationary.
We will continue our developments either in the human resources or entering the field of advertisement and we are seeking to have many partnerships for different products and opening new channels.
We are just here to create and and to renew our products and the way we work to be always at your disposal.
